3 large or 4 small chicken breasts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
4 refrigerated deep-dish pie shells
8 oz sour cream
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken breasts with water, add seasonings, boil at least 30 minutes, until fork tender. Cube chicken breasts and place in 2 deep-dish pie shells. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour evenly over the chicken. Place second pie shell over each of the chicken pies. (May wish to roll flat between sheets of wax paper before covering.) Pinch pie shells together and cut slits in the top of the pie. Bake at 350ºF in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly.
