1½ c sugar
1 c apple cider vinegar
½ c olive oil
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb bowtie pasta, cooked but not completely
1 onion, chopped
2 cucumbers, chopped
½ c fresh chopped parsley
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 c cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Blend together sugar, vinegar, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and garlic. Marinate for 1-2 days. Shake well several times.

Salad: Stir in pasta. Add onion, cucumbers, parsley with dressing. Marinate 2 days. Add green pepper, red pepper, cherry tomatoes. Marinate overnight.

Will keep in the fridge for several days. Enjoy!
