Smoked Salmon Recipe

1/2 cup kosher salt
2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp spoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Completely cover the salmon with dry ingredients. We remove the skin from the salmon. Wrap in saran wrap and let set overnight or for 8 hours in the fridge. We like to do this for only 8 hours.

Rinse off in cold water

Cook at 225° until 145 internal temp

Baste with apricot or pineapple jam (we use pineapple apricot jam)

Use Adler wood
