2 1/2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1 1/2 cups unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup finely chopped Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350, grease and flour pan 13x9x2 .
2. Measure all ingredients into large bowl.
3. Blend 1/2 min on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 mins high speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
4. Pour into pan. Bake 60-65 mins or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
