Bottom:
1.5 pounds Lean Ground Beef
1 small Onion
2 packages Taco Sauce Mix (mild, medium, hot to suit your taste)
1 cup Water

Middle:
1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese
1 500 ml tube Sour Cream

Top:
2 cups Grated Marble Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and small onion in frying pan. Drain grease and add water and taco sauce mix. Simmer until most of the water is gone. Spread in bottom of 9x13 inch dish.
2. Beat sour cream and cottage cheese together until smooth. Spread over bottom layer.
3. Spread cheddar cheese evenly over middle layer.
4. Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
5. Serve as dip with tortilla chips or Triscuit crackers.
