1 can sweetened condensed milk
⅓ C fresh lime juice
3 eggs
prebaked pie shell (bake your own)
1 C whipping cream
2 tsp sugar
1 T rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix condensed milk, lime juice and 3 egg yolks.
Beat egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Place mixture in a baked pie crust.
Bake in 250º oven for 10 minutes.

When cooled place in refrigerator. Before serving, whip cream with rum and sugar. Put on top of pie. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
