9" pie crust
2 cups fresh spinach
1¼ cup grated swiss cheese
¼ cup fresh mushrooms
4 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
3 T flour
¼ t salt
¼ t dry mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of crust with swiss cheese.l Saute mushrooms and spinach with salt and better.
Beat well: eggs, milk, flour, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over mushroom mixture, sprinkle with paprika
Bake 350º 40-45 minutes or until cooked through.
