1 pound Ground Beef
1 medium Onion
1 1/2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 tablespoons Oil
1 15oz can Tomato Sauce
7oz Water
6 ounces Tomato Paste
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon BasilCheese
8 ounces Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt & pepper
Lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.In large pan add oil, onions & garlic, until soft. Add beef, cook until brown. Drain fat.
Add tomato sauce, paste, water, oregano, basil, salt & pepper.
3.Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 min.
4.Cook pasta accordingly.
5.Line 8x8 pan with thin layer of meat mixture, add layer of noodles, spread half cottage cheese over noodles...spoon meat mixture on top of cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.
6.Add 1/3 mozzarella cheese.
7.Repeat layer of pasta, cottage cheese, meat mixture, parmesan, & mozzarella cheese.Top layer is Pasta, topped with meat mixture and mozzarella cheese.
8.Cover with foil and cook 1 hour.
