Dough:
½ cup butter
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
salt

Filling:
1 small carton dry cottage cheese
1 cup cooked rice
¼ cup sugar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:

Mix butter, sour cream and egg together.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.
Divide into 3 balls. Roll out each ball.
Place mixture at the edge of the dough and roll up.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350º for 45 minutes.
Slice when cooled or just before serving.
Can be served warm or cool.
