Salad:
1 cup uncooked barley
1 ½ cups chicken stock
1 ½ cups water
tomato
cucumber
onions
feta cheese
red pepper

Dressing:
olive oil
lemon juice
basil
oregano

Directions:
Directions:


Cook barley in water & chicken stock for 20-25 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine remaining salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients, and pour on salad.
