2 cups bread cubes
small onion
4 strips bacon
1 can whole kernel corn (Pride of Illinois)
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until transparent looking. Remove from skillet. Add bread crumbs and onion and brown ln skillet of bacon drippings until brown. Drain corn and put in bottom of casserole. Add tomatoes on top of this. Add bread crumbs and onion mixture. Put bacon strips on top and bake in 350º oven until bacon is crisp.
