1 pre-baked pie crust
8 oz softened cream cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
¾ c cold water
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 c whipping cream, whipped
1¼ c toasted walnuts, divided, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. On low speed, beat in water and pudding. Mix until smooth. Fold in “already whipped” whipping cream. Fold in 1 c toasted walnuts (reserving 1/4 c). Pour into baked and cooled pie shell. Chill pie 2 hours or until set. Garnish with the remaining 1/4 c walnuts. Refrigerate.

The ALMOST HOME RESTAURANT in Greencastle serves this pie on occasion. I was given their recipe but printing was not good so I found this on Internet and it seemed to be very much like theirs—a very different pie!
