Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
¼ c brown sugar, packed
4 Tbsp cider vinegar
3 tsp oregano
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp cayenne pepper (or little more)
1 Tbsp chili powder (or little more)
3 lb baby back pork ribs
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl. Salt and pepper ribs. Place in Crock Pot and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. After ribs are done, spoon sauce over ribs before removing. [Note: I use just about 1 1/2 lbs ribs for just the 2 of us (about 3-4 ribs each and cut recipe in half). Use your own judgment. I also use less chili powder and cayenne as I think its' too spicy with this amount.]

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Jon gave this photo to his Dad in 2009 when Larry received 50 year I-Men’s Award at IU. Picture has Larry running for IU (cross country & track), Jeff as basketball manager under Knight, Jon as basketball manager under Knight and Jennifer as manager for women’s tennis under Loring.

This is a keepsake picture for sure...Stuckey tradition!!
