1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 hard boiled eggs sliced
1/2 cup chow mein noodles, break up slightly, but not a lot.
1/2 cup milk
1 7oz can of tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Hard boil the eggs and slice them.
In a one quart casserole, blend the soup and the milk.
Stir in tuna, eggs and peas, don't feel bad about breaking apart the egg slices.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Add chow mein noodles to the top and serve.

Mom liked this one for Fridays or Lent when we couldn't eat meat. I think she made different versions of this casserole.
