2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp or less red pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp paprika
¼ cup cumin
2½ Tbsp salt & pepper

Mix together, store in airtight container. Use 1 - 2 Tbsp to each 1 pound of ground beef.

I began making and using this homemade Taco Seasoning sometime ago! I love the fresh taste!

This is not my invention. I found the recipe on the Internet. It was for a single use. I calculated the amounts to have enough for many additional taco meat meals!
