Beef or Pork Ribs (as many slabs as you need)
Adams Texas Style Smoked Ribs Low and Slow Rub
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275
Rub down Ribs
Salt and Pepper Ribs
Wrap Ribs in foil (double wrap)
Put on baking sheet and put in oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours (when done meat will be tender and rib bone sticking out)
Put on grill for 30/40 minutes

If using gas grill get some Apple Wood, Cherry or Mesquite Chips - wet chips and use to grill
