Beat together for one minute:
1 Egg
1 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Sour Milk
1/2 cup Oil
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Combine:
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Add to sugar mixture. Stir until moistened. Fold in 1 cup finely chopped nuts if desired.

Sprinkle tops with:
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Bake in muffin cups at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
