2 Eggs
1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
1 1/3 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoon Onion Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 lb lean Ground Beef
1 cup Pure Labrador LiSugar
1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In large bowl combine eggs, cornflake crumbs 1/3 cup of ketchup (reserve 1 cup), soy sauce, parsley flakes, onion flakes, salt, pepper and ground beef.
3. Shape into balls (approximately 72 balls).
4. Place in pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350° F. Drain on paper towel. Discard any remaining fat in pan.
5. In saucepan combine Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread, reserved ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir constantly until Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread is melted. Add to meat balls and heat thoroughly.
