"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
YUMMY!!!! The left over dough can be rolled out….put sugar and cinnamon on it for “crust crackers”! One year, for Thanksgiving, we asked Judy to bring nothing but crust crackers for dessert…they are that YUMMY!!!! She was quite appalled at first, but when she saw the way they were eaten up, she was amazed!!!!

Crisco is a must in our house! As Loretta Lynn says, "Crisco will do you proud EVERY time!"
