1 cube butter or margarine
1 cup self rising flour ( may use flour and add 3/4 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp bkg powder)
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 quart jar peaches or large can peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the cube of butter in a 9 x 13 pan in a preheated 400º oven. Pour in one large can peaches, juice and all. Mix the flour, milk, and sugar together. Pour over peaches and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
