½ C. heaving whipping cream

½ C . milk

2 T. sugar

½ t. vanilla

Ice cubes

1 pint-size ziplock bag

1 gallon-size ziplock bag

½ C. Ice Cream Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Measure milk, whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into a 1 qt. bag.

Seal tightly.

Place the quart bag inside a 1 gallon bag.

Pack ice around the small bag.

Add salt and water in 1 gallon bag.

Seal the bag tightly.

Toss or shake the bag , until ice cream is frozen.

Open the outer bag and discard the salt and water.

Rinse the bag containing the ice cream.

Divide the ice cream into cups.
