1 lb. Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 loaf french bread
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain on a paper towel. Lightly grease a 13 x 8 baking dish. Tear french bread into small chunks and put into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle the sausage, onions, bell peppers, and cheese over the bread. In a large bowl beat eggs and milk together. Mix in dried mustard, salt, and pepper. Gently pour over the top of the cheese. Do not stir. Bake uncovered in a 350º oven for 45 minuted or until lightly golden brown and the center is set.
