1 C. Plain or vanilla yogurt

¼ C. strawberry jam

1 graham cracker

Directions:
Place the graham cracker in a zip top plastic bag, and crush the crackers into crumbs.

Fill popsicle molds 1/3 of the way full of yogurt.

Sprinkle the layer with a dusting of graham cracker crumbs.

Add 1 t. of jam.

Top with another layer of yogurt, followed by another sprinkle of graham crackers, and 1 t. of jam.

If there is still room in the mold, fill with yogurt.

Put the lid on the popsicle mold, and freeze for at least 2 hours.

When ready to eat, run the mold briefly under lukewarm water to loosen, the popsicle from the mold.
