refrigerated pie crust
3-4 potatoes
baked chicken, picked off the bone
1 can peas & carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place crust out and let set at room temperature. Microwave potatoes. Mix potatoes, chicken, soup, peas & carrots together; salt and pepper to taste. Place bottom crust in pie plate and then mixture on top of crust. Place top crust on mixture, then pierce with knife to let steam escape. Bake at 350º until crust is browned.
