9 (8 inch) flour tortillas

2 8oz. packages of cream cheese, softened

6 T. powdered sugar (optional)

3 T. strawberry preserves

3 T. Blueberry preserves

1/3 of a banana, mashed
Directions:
Directions:
Trim 2 opposite edges of the tortillas to make a 6 inch width.
Set aside.
Mix powdered sugar (if used) into cream cheese.
Divide mixture into 3 bowls.
Add strawberry preserves to one bowl, blueberry preserves to another, and mashed banana to the third.
Mix well.
If stronger red and blue colors are desired, add food coloring.
Line 3 tortillas up on the work surface, with their curved sides overlapping.
Spread strawberry mixture on one tortilla, blueberry mixture on the next, and banana mixture on the third.
Start at the strawberry end of the tortilla train, and carefully roll the tortillas somewhat tightly into one large log.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
When ready to serve, slice into 2 inch pieces.
