2 qt. cucumbers peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. salt
1 large onion, sliced
1 11/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
sprinkle cucumbers with salt, cover, let stand for 2 hours..
Drain liquid off cucumbers and rinse with water, drain well.
add in the onion.
Make a syrup of sugar and vinegar, pour over cucumbers and let stand for 20 minutes.
put in clear containers and freeze
