1 pkg 3 oz lemon jello in 1 scant cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
Juice and rind of one lemon
Add
8 oz cream cheese - mix well in blender
Chill and whip 1 can Milnot milk
Mix well with cheese and jello mixture

Crust
3 cups crushed graham crackers
Add ½ cup melted butter
Mix well
Put half in bottom of dish

Add the lemon and cheese mixture

Put remaining crumbs on top
