4 C Heavy whipping cream
2 tsp Vanilla
6 tsp Cocoa
16 Tbsp Sugar

Whip cream to soft peaks. Sift in a small amount of cocoa, whip and then continue to sift in small amounts. Add sugar and vanilla and fold in. If whipped cream becomes too sift, add a small amount of milk.
