1 Tbsp Butter – melted
3-4 Large eggs – slightly beaten
2 ¼ C Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
4 C Bread cut in cubes (slightly dry is best)
¾ C Sugar or ½ C brown sugar (white sugar preferred)
¼ C Golden raisins (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, butter, and sugar. Add bread and raisins. Stir. Pour into greased 8X8 inch glass pan (9X13 inch if double). Place pan in larger glass pan and to make water bath. It is best to heat the water before placing bread pudding pan in the larger pan. Bake 350° F until knife inserted in center is clean.
