1 1/2 cups oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp cocoa
1 bottle Red Food Coloring
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soda

Frosting:
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs. Beat in cocoa and red food coloring. Sift flour with salt. Add alternatively with buttermilk into oil mixture. Sprinkle soda over batter. Pour vinegar over the soda. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together except pecans until smooth. Then, stir in pecans. Spread over cooled cake.
