1⅓ c sifted cake flour
½ tsp salt
1½ squares bittersweet chocolate
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water, cool slightly.
Break egg into measuring cup, add soda ad vanilla, fill cup with milk.
Put all together and beat until light.
Grease 8" square pan.
Bake 30 minutes.
