1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts cut in half
1/2 pound bacon, cut in half
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Wrap each chestnut with a bacon strip. Place rolls seam side down in baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until crisp and cooked through. Drain fat.
In mixing bowl, combine mayo , brown sugar, and hot sauce. Mix well. Pour over rolls.
