1 C vegan butter
¾ C whole wheat flour
¾ C nutritional yeast
2 C unsweetened soy milk
½ C soy sauce
1¾ c hot water
2 Tbsp vegan worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the buter completely
2. Stir in the flour and yeast until blended
3. Continue to heat roux until mixture begins to bubble
4. Use only enough heat to maintain vigorous bubbling and whisk constantly for 4 minutes
5. Continue rapid whisking and add soy milk gradually - mixture will become thick and custard-like
6. Combine the soy sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce and add to the gravy gradually
7. Blend well after each addition and do no add the liquid too fast or it will think the gravy
8. If the gravy becomes too thin, continued cooking will thicken it
