10 saltine crackers
2 Tbsp melted butter

6 slices bacon, sausage or ham chunks
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
2 eggs
chopped onion to taste
¾ cup sour cream
fresh spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine saltines and butter and press into 9 inch pie pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie pan. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
