2 eggs (beaten slightly)
Add to eggs - beat in just til smooth:
1 c flour
1 c milk
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 6 (6 oz. generously greased custard cups or large muffin pan) in hot oven.
Fill ½ full (should sizzle when batter is poured into cups)
Bake @ 450º for 20 minutes.
Reduce to 350º bake 20 minutes more or until deep golden brown.

Remove immediately and serve hot.
