1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.9 oz)
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c oil
3/4 c water
1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 T lemon zest
3 T lemon juice

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 c powder sugar
1 T lemon zest
1 t lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together for 3 mins on high. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let sit in pan for 5 mins, then invert onto a cooling rack.

While cake cools, make frosting.

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest and juice and beat on high until creamy. Scoop frosting into a large ziplock bag and pipe onto top of cooled bundt cake. Garnish with lemon zest.
