3 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 15oz Can Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
1 and 1/2 Cups Frozen Corn

Creamy Tex Mex Sauce
1 15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 14.75 oz Can Chicken Broth
1 4.5 oz Can Chopped Green Chilies
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Small Sweet Onion, Roughly Chopped
1 Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 Packet Chicken Taco Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add black beans and corn.

In a blender, combine all ingredients for Tex Mex Sauce and blend until smooth and combined. Pour into the slower cooker & mix everything together. Cover with lid and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender and can easily shred.

Shred chicken and add back into the slow cooker. Serve over Fritos, rice or on tostada shells. Add your favorite taco toppings of your choice.
