4 cups Apples, sliced
½ cup Water
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup White Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
¾ cup Flour
½ cup Butter or Margarine

Cream or Whipped Cream for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apples in a deep greased baking pan. Add the water and sprinkle with the cinnamon and ½ the sugar. Blend flour, remaining sugar and butter. Pack firmly over apples. Bake in a 350º oven until apples are tender and crust is brown, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with thin cream or whipped cream.
