1 ½ C flour
½ C cornstarch
1 ½ tsp cardamom
1 C butter
1 ¼ C sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites


Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg yolks. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Beat egg whites until peaks form. Add ¼ t salt. Add egg mixture to other by folding in. Warm Krum Kaker iron and check by sprinkling water on iron. Water should “putter”. Spoon on iron in 1 ½ tsp – 2 tsp amounts. Makes 4 dozen cones. May fill with berries and/or whipped cream.
