1 angel food cake
1 large box strawberry Jello (may use sugar free)
10 oz frozen strawberries
2 C hot water
2 Small containers Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with hot water. Stir well. Add frozen strawberries and stir well. Let set. Add 1 container of Cool Whip and mix well. Cut cake into 3 layers. Put ½ strawberry mixture on first layer. Put cake layer on top. Use other half of strawberry mixture on top of next layer and top with third layer of cake. Frost cake with the second container of Cool Whip. Let set in refrigerator. When you slice it, use sharp knife and saw instead of forcing the knife.
