1 9” pie shell
1 C Karo Corn Syrup (dark)
1 C sugar
3 eggs – slightly beaten
2 Tbsp buttr
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ C pecans (broken)


Directions:
Directions:
The secret is to cook sugar and syrup until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Pour over beaten eggs. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. If edges of pie begin to burn or brown too much, wrap aluminum foil over edges.
