3 cans asparagus spears (Del Monte is a good choice)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 sleeve Saltine Crackers
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain asparagus and mix with soup. Put into a greased casserole dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle on top. Cover this with the sliced eggs. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
