1 ½ C powdered sugar
1 C butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream: powdered sugar and, butter. Add egg and beat. Stir in vanilla, flour, baking soda and cream of tarter.

Make into 3 balls and chill well. Roll out after chilled and bake at 375º F for 8-10 minutes until light brown.
