2 sticks margarine
4 TBS Cocoa
1 cup water


2 cups flour ½ c. buttermilk
2 cups sugar 2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla



ICING
1 stick margarine
4 TBS Cocoa
6 TBS buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and heat to boiling over low heat.

Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add hot cocoa mixture. Mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake 400° for 20 minutes.


Icing:

Mix first 3 ingredients and heat to boiling over low heat.

Add 1 box powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup nuts. Mix well. Put on cake while cake is still hot.
