1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 box confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and cake mix by hand. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Mix remaining ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Pour this mixture over cake mixture. Bake for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool and cut into squares.
