3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1-8oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter, softened
1-3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
8 oz powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 T milk
1/2 cup pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Stir in beaten eggs and oil; do not beat. Stir in vanilla, undrained pineapple, pecans and bananas. Spoon mixture into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 70 minutes; cool in pan.

For Frosting: Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and milk; beating until fluffy. Frost cake and sprinkle with pecans.
