1 pkg dry yeast
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter, melted in 1 cup warm water
5 cups flour
1/4 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water; set aside. Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and mix well. Add butter & yeast mixtures to egg mixture. Gradually add enough flour to make a moderately stiff dough. Knead 10 minutes on floured surface. Place in a greased bowl, turning to coat surface. Allow to rise until doubled. Punch down, shape into rolls and allow to rise till puffy on a greased sheet. Bake approximately 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
