Ingredients:  
3 cups cold water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2T cold water
1T corn starch
1T soy sauce
2 eggs
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3c cold water & bouillon to boil until cubes are dissolved. In a separate cup, mix 2T cold water & corn starch together making a slurry. Pour into boiling chicken stock & add soy sauce. Slightly beat 2 eggs & pour into boil, stirring in same direction. Eggs will spread & feather out. Turn off heat. Salt & pepper to taste.
