4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Blend eggs, sugar, salt and flavorings. Pour milk over egg mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake for 25-30 mins or until set.
