Spaghetti Meat Sauce
1 pkg Italian 6 cheese blend
5c uncooked pasta
1/2 c Parmesan
2 eggs
1-15oz Ricotta Cheese
1-16oz pkg Mozzarella, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large pot, bring salted water to boil. Add 1T oil & pasta. Cook until tender. Mix ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan together. In large bowl, mix meat sauce, ricotta mixture, pasta and Italian 6 cheese blend. Transfer to 2 greased 9x13" baking dishes. Top with Mozzarella & bake for 45 mins.
